Reliable, remote-first backoffice support to keep your operations running smoothly, without hiring. We take care of the day-to-day admin and follow-ups in your tools and processes, so you get time back and your team stays focused.

One-time onboarding fee
350€ (excl. VAT)
We start with a short onboarding to align on access, priorities, and ways of working. We’ll map what’s on your plate, set up a simple request flow, and define what “done” looks like so support stays efficient from week one.
Weekly capacity (agreed during onboarding)
Hourly rate 65€/h (excl. VAT)
Your weekly capacity for hands-on execution (admin tasks, inbox and follow-ups, scheduling, documentation, customer communication, and coordination). During onboarding, you choose the number of hours you want us to reserve each week (minimum 4h). These weekly hours are billed at our standard rate.
Unused hours expire at the end of the week (Sunday) and don’t roll over. Support is delivered during business days, unless agreed otherwise.Additional hours (if capacity allows)
Hourly rate 70€/h (excl. VAT)
Need a temporary push (busy period, staff absence, backlog)? If we have capacity, you can request additional hours on top of your agreed weekly capacity — Add-on hours are billed at a higher rate due to ad-hoc scheduling and limited capacity.
